§ 5½-9. Conversion to motor bicycles.

Latest version.

Any license issued for a bicycle shall terminate upon the conversion of such bicycle to a motor bicycle. Upon such conversion the decal or sticker affixed to such bicycle shall be surrendered to the chief of police, or shall be obliterated and the chief of police notified and a license for the motor bicycle as required by law shall be procured.
