§ 5½-8. Rental of bicycles.

A rental agency shall not rent or offer any bicycle for rent unless the bicycle is licensed and a decal or sticker is attached thereto as provided in this chapter and unless such bicycle is equipped with the lamps and other equipment as required in section 5½-12 of this chapter.
