§ 5½-5. Stickers or decals.

Upon issuance of a license under this chapter, the chief of police shall cause to be delivered to the applicant a decal or sticker bearing a number. It shall be the duty of the applicant to affix and keep affixed to the frame of the bicycle, in the area directly under the seat of said bicycle, the sticker or decal which was issued for said bicycle.
