§ 5½-4. Numbering of bicycles.

Latest version.

Before a license shall be issued for a bicycle which does not bear a serial number, or the serial number of which is illegible or insufficient for identification purposes, the chief of police shall cause a number to be stamped on the frame of such bicycle.
