§ 1-11. Recovery of fines.

All fines, forfeitures, penalties and costs imposed against any person by any of the ordinances of the village may be recovered before any judge of the county by action of debt in the name of the village, and judgment may be rendered thereon and collected by execution or other process as other judgments are rendered and collected.
