Chapter 5½. BICYCLES

§ 5½-14. Penalty; suspension, revocation of licenses; impounding of bicycles.

Latest version.

Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by suspension of the license for such person's bicycle for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by impounding of such person's bicycle for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or revocation of any license issued under this chapter, or by any combination thereof. Suspension or revocation of a license shall not preclude prosecution of the offender for the violation of this chapter and the infliction of any penalty provided herein.
